Our first look at the Augustus Village development was at the overseas property exhibition at Sandown Park in 2005, where we met Melanie for the first time. We can say with total honesty, that Augustus Village was the only development that caught our interest at the show, and for several month’s following show, we spent a long time researching overseas property in various countries, but kept coming back to Augustus Village. Even though we are naturally very cautious people, we took the plunge in November 2007, and went for an inspection trip. Once there, the decision to buy was an easy one, and with absolutely no pressure from Nirvana. The whole development has such a wonderful feel about it, and the quality of the finish both internally and externally, is superb. The Nirvana team in the UK is great, and helped us through every step of the way with the purchase (many thanks to Sarah for all her help). We must also mention the Nirvana team on site that looked after us so well on the inspection trip. They had such wonderful enthusiasm when helping us, and are clearly very proud of their work. We’re looking forward to a return trip in January to buy some furniture for our apartment, again with the assistance of Nirvana. The guys are spoiling us!

Thank you for your hospitality last week whilst Anne, James and myself were in Turkey. This was our first trip to the country and it lived up to all our expectations. "My wife & I visited the 'Place in the Sun Exhibition' at the NEC recently with a view to looking at properties in either Cyprus or Turkey. Having visited many stands and attended some of the seminars we were still unsure and headed for the exit. It was then that we met Melanie of Nirvana International who politely asked us if the exhibition had met our objectives. There was no heavy selling, rather, Melanie mentioned their project in Antalya, Turkey and offered information and photographs. The more we spoke with Melanie the more we fell in love with their project. The real turning point was that Nirvana do arrange Turkish mortgages which meant we only had to source the deposit. We placed our deposit on a 2 bedroom apt in the Augustus Country Club project. On returning home my wife mentioned the project to one of our best friends who consequently, reserved a 3 bedroomed apt opposite ours!
In the beginning of November we went on the inspection trip and met some the key personnel of Nirvana all of whom were very helpful, very informative and showed a genuine interest in our well-being. We also visited the site where all the building work is going on and had a look round the Show House - this confirmed we made the right decision. My wife & I were reassured that we have bought from a reputable company whose number one aim appears to be customer satisfaction. Our apt will be ready in December 2008 and we are very much looking forward to our visit after then."
