Company’s Primary Objective
Nirvana International primary aim is to provide a range of attractive, affordable holiday homes in Turkey.
To achieve this objective the company will:
- Secure exclusive and prominent pieces of land for development.
- Design a variety of interesting villas and apartments for each complex that complement and enhance the character of the surrounding area.
- Develop attractive complex layouts that offer interest and provide a sense of inquisitiveness.
- Construct quality homes that will exceed our customer’s expectations and set a benchmark for excellence.
- Market and promote the company’s image as a leading English developer in Turkey.
- Market the company’s developments directly and indirectly through professional and vetted business in England and Turkey.
- Provide a comprehensive after sales service to ensure customers continual pleasure of their holiday home.
Nirvana International's Promise
Once you have decided to go ahead with your purchase you will be able to reserve your property for a period of 7 days. In this time you will be sent a Reservation Contract. You will be requested to complete the form and return this with your £1000 reservation fee.
Our Promise
By signing this reservation contract Nirvana International Limited promises that on all its sole developments the following to the purchaser:
- Nirvana International is the land owner
- Nirvana International has Planning Consent for the development
- Nirvana International shall convey the property to you with full title
- Nirvana International shall convey the property free from debt or any other financial liability
Once the reservation contract is returned then you will be sent a sales agreement contract, you will have 14 days in which to return this to us together with the balance of the 10% Deposit. This will be all you will pay until we commence construction of your property.
Our Promise
Once the sales agreement is competed and returned we promise to the purchaser the following:
- Nirvana International shall return all monies to the purchaser less 10% of the purchase price should the purchaser not be able to continue with the sale
- Nirvana International shall keep the purchaser informed of progress on the development and when the next stage payment is due
- Nirvana shall give each purchaser 14 days to make the next stage payment from the date that payment becomes due.
- Nirvana International shall covey with every purchase on its sole ownership developments a 2 / 5 / 10 year warranty.

The Environment
In many ways the issues of the environment are more important to the Turkish than the rest of the world. Along the Mediterranean and Aegean regions the Mountains provide an abundance of water which is dammed, this storage of this water can then be redirected to produce hydro-electricity for the community and business along the coasts.
Nirvana International also recognises the importance of reducing energy consumption. On all of its developments, during the course of construction, wells are bored into the ground so that each construction site can extract water without the need to have it pumped or distributed to the site.
Nirvana International also provides accommodation to the work force on each of its developments, this reducing the impact of continual transport to and from the site.
