Cheaper mobile charges coming soon

The European Union (EU) reached a preliminary agreement with mobile phone companies this week that will them cut their "roaming" charges by up to two thirds.European mobile phone users are currently forced to pay astronomical charges when they make calls abroad because of the rates at which local providers charge for the temporary use of their network.The EU has now stepped in to ease the financial burden placed on travellers wishing to make and receive calls.
