The Management Charge is calculated on the internal size of your property.
Current scale of charges: Villas and Apartments – £5 per m2 per year.

The Management Charge includes the following services;
- Complex security
- Complex maintenance, repair and upkeep
- Maintaining a high level of health and safety and implementing improvements
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the complex
- Communal pool cleaning and maintenance
- Plant Irrigation
- Property exterior upkeep
- Pest and rodent control
- Complex insurance
Each year the Company will review its Management Charges in line with maintaining a high level of service and standards. The annual renewal date is 1st August. The Buyer agrees to abide by and respect the rules relating to the development as shall be issued from time to time by the Company.
Periodically the company will ask all Buyers to contribute to the replacement and overhaul of essential complex facilities. The contribution from each property owner will be in relation to the m2 of the property owned.
Examples of these charges would be applicable to:
- Swimming pool overhaul and replacement
- Upgrading and renewing property infrastructure services
- Replacement roads and paths
