Sarigerme Golf Course – Dalaman

Sarigerme golf course promises to be yet another top-flight destination with tempting Turkey property options when it opens next year.

Located in the breathtaking Dalaman region of Turkey and situated on its Mediterranean course, the golf course will incorporate luxury Turkey property with top golf in Turkey.

Gocay Tourism Investment plans to start work on the 18-hole course this November with completion planned for 2008. Located in Sarigerme, the course will be just a few minutes' walk from the beach and about ten minutes away from Dalaman airport, making it easily accessible from the UK.

In addition to the course, the luxurious resort will see a first class 1,500-bed holiday village and hotel built by Gocay. Chairman Mustafa Gocen is optimistic that the course will match his company's other successful projects, such as its Pine Bay resort.

"We fulfilled all our commitments in the shortest time possible, in the most cost effective manner and the highest quality."

The 50,000 sq metres Turkey property development is likely to tempt investors and visitors due to its location less than five minutes' walk away from some of Turkey's best beaches. Sarigerme has Blue Flag status, indicating that it rivals some of Europe's best Rivieras and is already a popular destination for people who want to sunbathe.
