Turkey property | International Property Awards
The winners of the European Property Awards in association with CNBC were revealed at a gala presentation dinner at The Park Lane Hotel in London on Saturday 27 September. No less than 19 different countries were represented across Europe and 300 guests attended the evening event.
The European Property Awards are part of the globally respected International Property Awards which are now in their 14th year. There are 21 different categories in total with four and five-star awards given to the best entries. Each five-star entry is then re-examined to decide who is to go forwards for the ultimate World’s Best Award.
This was another record year for Nirvana International and we achieved the highest possible five star award for ‘Best Development ‘ and ‘Best Property Marketing’. We have also been put forward for a World’s Best Award for ‘Best Property Marketing’ which is a great accolade.
The International Property Awards draws on the invaluable expertise of representatives from International Homes, Daily Mail, National Association of Estate Agents; Association of Relocation Professionals and British Interior Design Association, to name but a few. The panel is chaired by Eric Pickles MP, British Shadow Secretary of State.

The Chartered Institution of Building

Association of International Property Professionals
Nirvana International were awarded founder member status when the association was launched in 2006. The Association purpose is to promote the highest standards of professionalism in the overseas property industry, the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) has been set up to provide the consumer with confidence, and the industry professionals with a united voice.
Leading International Developer - Turkey

The Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and Consultants
The Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and Consultants was established in 1973 to unite those agents, developers and specialist consultants active in the international property markets whose common aim is to conduct their activities in a manner which seeks to protect the interests of those who have decided to purchase, or sell, a property overseas. Membership of the Federation is restricted to companies or individuals whose probability is beyond reasonable question. The individual principals must have the experience and professional expertise to meet the strict criteria set in the Federation's Code of Ethics. The Committee of the Federation and its members provide a valuable reservoir of many cumulative years of experience in international property. Nirvana International was awarded membership at the beginning of 2006.
The British Chamber of Commerce of Turkey
Founded in 1887 by a group of British businessmen, from its base in Istanbul, the Chamber has developed into one of the key players in the promotion of UK-Turkish business. The Chamber is a member of Council of British Chamber of Commerce in Continental Europe (COBCOE) and works closely with the British Trade International representatives in the British Consulate General in Istanbul. The Chamber's excellent network of Turkish and British members is enhanced by links with the various Turkish chambers of commerce, chambers in the UK and UK Trade and Investment. Nirvana International was awarded membership at the beginning of 2006.
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)
Founded in 1962 by estate agent and entrepreneur Raymond Andrews, the NAEA was established with the goal of upholding good practice and high professional standards in UK estate agency. This struck a chord with the industry at a time when there was little representation for estate agents and has allowed the Association to grow phenomenally over the years.
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the UK's leading professional body for estate agency. Its 10,000 members practice across all aspects of property both in the UK and overseas, including residential and commercial sales and letting, property management, business transfer, auctioneering and land. The NAEA members are bound by strict rules of conduct to ensure they offer the public the highest level of integrity and service, while the Association's entry qualification means you can be sure you are dealing with an expert.
